License key does not apply.

I got the license key.

I also checked the version.


And applied it to my code.


But it doesn't apply.


What is the problem??

Thank you for using our Syncfusion Products. 
 
We have checked the reported query and observe that you are using license key properly and also the respective version has been referred properly at your end. However we are unable to trace the exact cause of the reported behavior. So could you please ask let us know your project framework details whether .NET Framework or .NET Core? It would be helpful for us to proceed on it further. 
 
Please let us know if you need any other assistance on this.

I have a same problem. I put in Program.cs my license key.
I use .Net Core 3.1

Hi Sauro,  

Sorry for the inconvenience.   

The cause for this problem is the designer mode conditions is not working properly in .NetCore project. We have already reported this behavior to Microsoft team. We didn’t get any proper solution from them. We will let you know once we get the prompt solution from Microsoft.
