Quick info Template not opening

Hi Sync fusion Team ,


I am glad know that , I am using the "Most Popular " library ie " Synfusion Scheduler" .  And its working as expected in my project . But When code deployed and run on different machines  . It is working fine with my System (Windows 10 , all search engines) . But one of the System with Windows 10 OS and All search engines were not supporting it .


The exact issue was "Quick info Template not opening after clicking on events in calendar ". Can you tell what is exact issue is ? How to solve it ?

We have checked and tried to reproduce your reported problem at our end. But unfortunately, we were unable to replicate it with the shared details. Since the popup has rendered properly for both event and cell click. So we would suggest you to refer the below UG to know more details about the quickInfoTemplates. And we have prepared a sample for your reference which can be viewed from the below link.

  • Share the issue replication steps with screenshot/video demo
  • Try to reproduce the problem in the above sample
