Quick info template is not opening

Hi Sync fusion Team ,

I am happy that  I am using correct library "scheduler " in my project . As I done with my code and every thing is working fine in my system and my friends , There is one of the friends "OS or Browser not Responding it correctly " . The exact issue is " Quick info Template is not opening in his System after clicking on task in Scheduler Calendar" .

Can you help to solve this issue ? Why this happens with one of the system only ? & How to solve it ?

We have checked and tried to reproduce your reported problem at our end. But unfortunately, we were unable to replicate it with the shared details. Since the popup has rendered properly for both event and cell click. So we would suggest you to refer the below UG to know more details about the quickInfoTemplates. And we have prepared a sample for your reference which can be viewed from the below link.

  • Share the scheduler related code snippets
  • Share the issue replication steps with screenshot/video demo
  • Try to reproduce the problem in the above sample
