listview doesnt stay at the top inside a scrollview and automatically scrolls down

I have a listview inside a scrollview, when navigating to this page - the listview moves to the middle by itself and i want it to stay at the top until scrolled

We have prepared the sample as per given information and checked the reported scenario from our end. We regret to inform you that we could not replicate the reported scenario from our side.  Its working as expected. We have tested sample with AndroidX ( Realme x2 pro) device with API 29.
