Detach exception in editor when clearing HidePropertiesCollection

I am trying to switch application to use new 18.4.0.30 version of DLLs, and now I am getting a Detach  error when changing value of ComboBox in property grid.
What changes do I need to make for this issue?

We have confirmed the reported issue” Detach Exception in Editor when clearing the HidePropertiesCollection
” from our end and logged a bug report on this. The patch for this fix will be estimated to be available on 2nd March 2021. We will provide you the feedback link shortly. We appreciate your patience until then.

The reported issue ”Detach Exception in Editor when clearing the HidePropertiesCollection” has been fixed.       
       
This patch which can be download from the below links.        
         
Recommended approach - exe will perform automatic configuration.         
    
Please find the patch setup from below location:

Installation Directions:         
This patch should replace the files "Syncfusion.Tools.WPF” under the following folder.         
$system drive:\ Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\$Version # \precompiledassemblies\$Version#\[TargetFramework]         
Eg : $system drive:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\18.2.0.44\precompiledassemblies\18.2.0.44\4.6         
         
To automatically run the Assembly Manager, please check the Run assembly manager checkbox option while installing the patch. If this option is unchecked, the patch will replace the assemblies in precompiled assemblies’ folder only. Then, you must manually copy and paste them to the preferred location or you must run the Syncfusion Assembly Manager application (available from the Syncfusion Dashboard, installed as a shortcut in the Application menu) to re-install assemblies.

I encountered this error while trying to upgrade to 18.4.0.30 version.
