Scrolling Issue

I have sfchat that i have set 

CanAutoScrollToBottom ="True"

The issue i have now it takes time to scroll to the bottom especially when the messages contains videos and images. Is there a way to load this control scrolled to the bottom already i don't want my users seeing their old messages before it will scroll to the bottom.

Very much interested myself.  I have been trying to tweak this..

When looking at your text messages for instance it doesnt start a the top and then scroll down to the bottom.  it just starts at the bottom.

We have checked the reported issue “Chat messages are not scrolled to bottom before loading, message scrolling is visible in view” Based on the shared details we understand that the issue is reproduced only when we load Video and image message in sfchat. 

 

Please share the following details to prepare sample and validate the reported query. 

·       Are you using Chat ImageMessage or customer image template? 

·       Please share the custom template code snippet used for image and video loading. 

·       MessageTemplate selector changes. 

·       Xamarin forms and Syncfusion product version. 

·       Share the video to represent the issue, it will be helpful for us to clearly understand the scrolling delay.
