Cursor in Document Editor is not positioned correctly in mobile phone when touching screen

Hi there,

I'm using Angular Document Editor to develop our next product and I'm stuck in this issue for some time. It's working fine in desktop browser but when I open the app in my mobile phone. The cursor position is not reflecting correctly when I touch on the screen, especially after I close and reopen the keyboard from the phone. Looks like there is a position shift.

However, I don't see the issue from https://ej2.syncfusion.com/angular/documentation/document-editor/getting-started/, where I uploaded the same document and cursor placement was correct. I guess that might be some HTML or css related issue to it but just couldn't figure it out. Basically, the product would NOT be usable if this issue is not fixed. I would highly appreciate if you can help. Thanks.

Currently documenteditor doesn’t provide mobile responsive support, it will be implemented in any of our upcoming releases.
