how to print Dashboard Layout page all layout in the signal page

We have checked your requirement and we don’t have in-built functionality to print the DashboardLayout component. 
 
However, we can achieve your requirement of converting dashboard layout page into PDF by using Blink rendering engine. We internally make use of chromium executable in headless mode for converting HTML to PDF. Blink rendering engine preserves the output PDF document like how the input HTML file/URL is displayed on the web browsers (chrome). We have attached the sample and output document for your reference. Please try the below sample in your end and let us know if it is suits your requirement.

Note: The BlinkBinariesWindows folder is available in the package installed location. Please copy and paste the folder in this project location. This is mandatory to set BlinkPath property with BlinkBinaries folder, otherwise the converter will throw Blink assemblies are missing exception.
