License location

Hi,
I am building a Console App.
I have insert my Syncfusion License key "Syncfusion.Licensing.SyncfusionLicenseProvider.RegisterLicense("LICENSE KEY");"
at "static void Main(string[] args)".
But on saved xlsx file i get the info "Created with a trial version of Syncfusion Essential XlsIO".
I am usingSyncfusion.XlsIO.AspNet.Mvc5 nuget package and .NET Framework and License key for MVC and File Formats

Hi George,

Greetings from Syncfusion.

Syncfusion introduced the licensing system from v16.2.0.41 for Syncfusion NuGet packages and evaluation setup. We will validate the license key and include the Evaluation warning watermark in the output documents. However, you can remove this evaluation warning by registering license key in your application.

Our license keys are version and platform specific. So, please generate and register the corresponding platform license key for the required version in your application by referring the below KB article and UG documentation.

Keerthi.

I already created a license key for  MVC and File Formats.

I put it in "static void Main(string[] args)"
But the warning is still there.
Please give me more detailed instructions.
Thank you

Hello,

Has this issue been resolved? I am experiencing the same thing.

I have a .NET 5 console application, using the Nuget package, and am registering the key as such:

SyncfusionLicenseProvider.RegisterLicense("KEY");

But, I'm still seeing the license warning sheet.

Thank you for the quick response! After double checking my license generation, it was discovered the wrong type of key was generated. That was corrected and the issue is no longer occurring.

Hi, I need to use Syncfusion PDF library in a .NET Framework Console Application.

I don't find a package specific for this kind of project.

Which NUGET Package do I need to use? Can I use the Syncfusion.Pdf.Winforms package which I know can work with .NET Framework Winforms applications? If so I need to use license for Winforms?

Best Regards

Michele
