Scroll Bar Messes Kanban control column alignment

Initially, when the kanban control loads, there is a scrollbar. After I drag over a couple elements, the scrollbar disapprears because it is no longer needed to view all the elements. When the scrollbar disappears, it messes up the column alignment. Reference the screenshots of the control to see what I am talking about in the attatched files

I have two columns for my board. I am grabbing everything on the right side of the board whenever a user clicks submit on a form. 

The issue I an experiencing is that one column of the board becomes too long to display without a scrollbar. A scrollbar is then added to the control. Once that column becomes small enough to not require a scroll bar, the columns become unaligned.

I believe that the scrollbar on the control is misaligning my control columns.
