No padding between Chart legend elements

Hello,

I am experiencing problems with padding between my legend elements.

I tried fixing this problem by using Padding what creates unnecessary white space in some cases.

<ChartLegendSettings Padding="20"></ChartLegendSettings>

Is this a bug or is there a nice simple solution for this using some settings.
I also enclose project with reproduced problem
