OnResizeStart event does not fire first time a column is resized

I have noticed that the OnResizeStart event does not fire first time a column is resized.

Any ideas.

We have validated your query and checked the reported problem at our end. We could not reproduce the reported problem at our end. The OnResizeStart event triggers correctly while first time the column is resized. Find the below sample for your reference.
