In a .NET Core application while generating a PDF do I have access to the Tagging Structure Tree in a way that I can dump the contents and analyze the tagging structure.

We have analyzed your requirement to access the tagging structure tree in the creation of a PDF document and we do not have support for this. Also, we do not have support for adding tags to an existing PDF document. Please refer to the below UG documentation for more details,
