Import HTML Table in Blazor XlsIO Component

I am having issues making Import HTML Table demo you have for Webassembly Blazor work for my project. First, even after downloading Microsoft.AspNetCore.Hosting package, I cannot get to Microsoft.AspNetCore.Hosting.IWebHostEnvironment. Would it be possible for you to upload a working Blazor project with this feature so I can see what I am doing wrong?
