how i can change the step view status and Progress value in runtime mvvm xamarin forms

how I can change the SfStepProgressBar step view in runtime with the animation I am using the mvvm in xamarin forms when I change the value of the list using the INotifyPropertyChnaged  Not Change in Design 

I need help as soon as possible
