SfRangeNavigator appearance and localization

Hi.
1) In v.18.3.0.51-52 the cursor is no longer hand-shaped over the labels.
2) Quarters are not displayed correctly when localizing.

We have analysed your query. From that, we have considered this scenario as a bug and logged a bug request on this and you can keep track of it from the below feedback portal link.  
     
     
This fix will be available in our weekly patch release which is scheduled to be rolled out on or before December 15 2020. We appreciate your patience until then.

We have considered this scenario as bug and included the scenario in the comment section of the provided feedback link and this fix will be available in our volume 4 release which is scheduled to be rolled out by the end of December 2020. We appreciate your patience until then.

Due to some technical difficulties we are unable to include the rangenavigator pointer issue in this weekly patch release. Hence this fix also will be available in our volume 4 release which is scheduled to be rolled out by the end of December 2020. We appreciate your patience until then.

We are glad to announce that our v18.4.30 volume 4 release is rolled out, we have added the fix for the reported scenario. And you can use the latest (18.4.30) Syncfusion.EJ2.Blazor NuGet package version and refer the provided lodash file in the host.cshtml page to get rid of the reported issue.
