Feature suggestion: allow to add target to hyperlink

Hi.  I have a need to be able to specify the target of a hyperlink in a rich textbox.  I export the text as HTML and save it in a database.  Later, my Blazor app reads that data and displays it.  For my application, some links need to specify a target so they open in a new browser window.

Perhaps you can think about adding this ability.
