Time of a chat message has a weird behavior!

Hello, 

When adding Text message to my chat, the timestamp of the message has a weird behavior!
Depending on the text length of the message the time either

1. Shows as expected 12:15 AM, or
2. Shows as 12:15, or
3. Does not show at all

Please note that both  

OutgoingMessageTimestampFormat 
IncomingMessageTimestampFormat 

are set to "hh:mm tt"

Please clarify if this is a known bug. 
If not, please suggest possible cause and/or provide a workaround.

We have checked your query. We able to reproduce the reported issue at our end. We currently validating the issue with our source and update further further details on December 1, 2020. We appreciate your patience until then.

We deeply regret for the inconvenience caused.


Regarding issue “Time of a chat message has a weird behavior”.


We checked the reported issue with latest version of Xamarin.Forms(5.0)and our control SfChat(19.3.0.45) , unfortunately we are unable to reproduce this issue in our end with recent version of our control. The Sample we used to check this issue and output for the sample are available in the below link for your reference.



Please have a look at this sample and let us know if we are missing any customization you have done in your application , if not revert us with modified sample and image or video illustration to reproduce this issue. It will be more helpful for us to find the exact cause for the issue and provide the prompt solution at earlier.
