sfDatagrid always blank

Dear Syncfusion, 

I have a problem with a sfGridView. My the sfDataGrid stay blank. In the sfDataGrid, there is some rows, i know that because the scrollbar is activated and i can scroll. 

I didn't notice any problem during the debug.

We are little unclear with the reported issue. It is clear that the rows are not displayed in the DataGrid. But we are unable to understand the scenario in which the reported issue is occurring. Please share the below details.  

1. Type of the DataSource used to populate the records of the DataGrid.
2. Code snippets used in your application related to DataGrid.
3. Image/video illustration of the reported issue.

Please share the above requested details. Based on those details we will check the possibilities for the occurrence of the reported issue and provide a prompt solution at earlier.
