Strange appearance of RadioButtons in PdfViewer
Hi,
Attachment: Archive_c9f0eba6.zip
we have noticed that some radio buttons in PdfViewer have different appearance than others. I have attached a screenshot where you can notice that the radio button in horizontal group has different appearance than the button in vertical group. The PDF document was created in Adobe Acrobat Reader and no special appearance was defined while creating it. Also when we try to flatten the PDF using your library, we notice that the strange looking buttons don't get selected in the flattened document.
In the attachment, there is also the PDF document with described behaviour.
Thanks

Hi,
thanks for update. We are currently also waiting for a fix from this thread: https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/159356/keyboard-hides-forms-in-singlepage-view-mode. Would it be possible to merge fixes from both threads into one Nuget package when you have them ready?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Attachment: Simulator_Screen_Shot__iPad_Pro_(9.7inch)__20201216_at_09.32.23.png_3dd780d1.zip
we have also noticed than when we load a Pdf file which has a radio button selected, the button is selected multiple times (see attached screenshot). Is it possible that these two issues are related?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Attachment: Archive_771fd34a.zip
thanks for update. Unfortunately the radio buttons in the provided nuget behave almost the same as before. I can confirm that now the "strange" ones are more like the "correct" ones, but there is still difference (one is black, other is gray). The worse part is, that when we flatten the document, the "strange" buttons are still not selected. I have attached a screenshots, on which you can see the difference.
Could you please verify on your side?
Thanks

Hi,
I have opened the sample you have provided in Ipad Simulator, without any modifications and the issue is still present. I have attached a screenshot where you can see the issue. I'm talking about the third button from top in the vertical group. There is a dot and a checkmark in it.

We were unable to reproduce the issue, “Radio button is not flattened properly while saving the PDF document using SaveDocument(true)”, but its working as expected.
Please find the sample which we have tried out in our end,
Kindly share the details how you are flattening the PDF document it will be helpful for us to analyze more on this issue and assist you with the better solution. |
