Checkbox Header issue in synfusion grid

Header checkbox is not getting selected by default when all the records are checked in grid.

We checked your reported problem but unfortunately were unable to reproduce it from our end as the header checkbox was properly checked when all the record checkboxes were selected. You can check the below sample for your reference,

Please share us the following information to validate further on this, 

 

• Are any console errors thrown?
• Video demonstration of the problem.
• Syncfusion package version used.
• Grid code file.
• If possible share us a simple sample to replicate the problem or try reproducing it in the above provided sample.

 

If you are using older Syncfusion packages, then please update them to the latest version and see if it resolves the problem.

Hi,

I have updated the package and checked still I am seeing the same issue.

we are binding the API response (isSelected = true ) value directly to checkboxes. that is the we are getting this issue.

We checked the mentioned case based on the information shared in this forum and also the incident created for the same query but still could not reproduce the problem from our end. You can check this in the below modified sample prepared based on your scenario,

So please share us the Entire Grid code file along with the information requested in our previous update to validate further on this.
