SyncFusion License issue with paid key

Hi,

We have Xamarin application. The Android and iOS  share one key for pdf viewer. the same key works fine in Android, whereas ios throws Syncfusion License This Application was built using a trial version of Syncfusion Essential Studio. Please include a valid lcense to permanently remove this .


the account through which the payment was done is this. Can you please have a look into account details and why it is happening. 

The android and ios initialize the key also identically . In the main.cs class. see attached

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

If you are using NuGet packages or assemblies from trial installer, you should generate and register corresponding version and platform license key in your application to prevent the trial license message

Refer below the license key registration documentation and ensure that you have registered license key properly in your Xamarin application.

Also, our license keys are version and platform-specific. So, ensure that all the referenced Syncfusion assemblies\NuGet packages are on same version

  1. License key registered in your application
