PDFViewer Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Hi Syncfusion,

I have problem when using Syncfusion PdfViewer after updated version 18.3... 18.2 work well.

Platform: Android

Syncfusion current Version: 18.3.0.44

Stack trace in my attachment. I need to fix it early.

I'm also seeing this.

To reproduce:

- clone this project: https://github.com/InquisitorJax/Xamarin-Forms-Syncfusion-Pdf

- generate pdf button works just fine

- update the SF nugets

- now it crashes with above exception. How did this get past QA??

The issue "Application crashes with null reference exception while loading in Xamarin Forms Android Platform" has been resolved in our weekly NuGet release (v18.3.0.47). Kindly update to the mentioned version to get the issue resolved.
