Defining a new ChartSeries object in code as per the documentation generates build warnings

Hi,

We are modifying our charts dynamically by adding new chart series where required as follows:

As you can see from the screengrab, this generates a build warning which is

etc, for each property set on the ChartSeries object.

Rather than just disabling warnings for this file, is there any way to define a new chart series that won't create build warnings?
