Message box timestamp text cut off

Please see image below - the timestamp in the box is cut off. The text also gets cut off when more text is present?

What is causing this?

Hi Dan,

This is already known Framework issue and this issue has been reported to Xamarin Forms Team. So, we suggest you to use the Xamarin Forms version 4.7 to overcome this issue.
