Text not rendering in circular progress bar

Hello,

After switching to cdn a circular progress bar in our application no longer displays the text.
Inspecting the element I see its not rendered

However, on a separate simple blazor app using the same cdn set-up it does render


So there is probably something underlying in our application causing this. Would anyone be able to offer a direction to explain this? Css or caching perhaps?
