Add an extra column

Hello,

I have my data and grand total by column :

I would like to add an extra column, after or before the "Grand Total". But this column must not to be included in the grand total.

It would look like something like this (it's a photomontage) :

Is it possible ?

We regret you to let you know that the reported requirement couldn’t be achieved in pivot table. Because the current architecture of the component doesn’t allows to achieve this. Also it is not the pivot behavior.
