Make documentation shorter = suggestion

In the documentation for Blazor components there is main chapter "Getting Started".
In addition to this in each control (DataGrid, Tabs, etc.) there is also chapter "Getting Started".
I have noticed that 90% of the introduction in each control is the same: how to include control into Visual Studio project, how to deal with Internet Explorer 11.
I would suggest to extract these repeated parts into main chapter "Getting Started", and in each control only refer to read general information in main "Getting Started" chapter.
