How to add custom footer in Multiselect Control, with check box enabled

I want to add a custom footer in Multiselect Drop down, in mode CheckBox, is it possible to acheive?

Could you please provide a demo? Its not working when in CheckBox mode.

I checked out and found following issue only when adapter used in DataManager is of type WebApiAdaptor:

The footer gets added out of list. (Demo project attached).

Could you suggest some fix to it?
