FloatLabel Textbox

Hi

Its floating label does not work well when I use the text box in right-to-left mode (EnableRtl="true")
It tilts slightly to the left first and then to the right, while in the left-to-right position it has a better effect
This does not happen for Drop Down in RTL mode
Is there a way to adjust css

Sorry I could not explain well
Below are two videos
One with a material theme and the other with fabric
With the fabric theme, the floating label moves smoothly and well, but with the material theme, it moves first a little to the left and then to the right.
This state only happens in right-to-left mode
Of course, this does not cause a problem, but in my opinion, if it is corrected, it will be better and more beautiful

We have confirmed the reported issue "In FloatLabel, a slight flickering occurs in material theme" as a bug in our end and the fix will be available in September 22, 2020 patch release. You can track the status of the bug in the below feedback link from below.
