[18.2.0.55] NumericTextbox not render new value

When update version 54 to 55, NumericTextbox not update new value when value changed (see video). Value will update when click to numericTextbox.

Please help me fix this bug.

Thanks for the patience. 

We have confirmed the reported issue " NumericTextBox value not updated in input when dynamically update the value" as a bug in our end and the fix will be available in our upcoming patch release which is expected to be rolled out at September 9, 2020.
