Is Data Editing an available option in ES5 JS Charts or only ES6 JS charts?

Hi,

AS the subject states, i can only find documentation on the Data Editing (dragging and move data points on a graph) feature in Charts in the ES6 documents.  

Is this feature available if using an ES5 initialisation?
