Grid with SfDropDownList can't get data while datasource is empty.

Hello!

Since version 18.2.0.54 a bug has appeared:

Grid with SfToolbar containing SfDropDownList.

If grid's datasource is empty, sometimes initial render is infinitive.
If grid's datasource is not empty, everything is ok.

Version 18.2.0.48 and below works fine.

I found that the problem is in using sfdropdownlist inside the datagrid, no matter where - in the filter, in the toolbar
