On the STextInputLayout, the InputView Becomes Transparent

The InputView becomes transparent, or the opacity becomes zero when the control loses its focus. I have provided a sample project for this. In this example, there's an email address and a password input views. When you type some texts in the email address box, then go to password box... the emails address goes missing but the value is still there. Now, once you go back and type another set of texts, the old value shows up. Sometimes it also happens on the password input view.

We have checked your reported query. We would like to suggest you use the HintFloatMode property of SfTextInputLayout as AlwaysFloat to resolve this problem. However, we will check this problem from our side and update you the status on or before 25 August 2020.

The HintFloatMode set to AlwaysFloat seems to be working. But, that's not the expected behavior we're aiming for. I hope this will be rectified soon.

We have considered this as a high priority and checked with our development team. The reported issue “Hint property visible issue in SfTextInputLayout” has been resolved at our end. Our development has moved this issue fix in our next weekly NuGet which is expected to be rolled out on August 25, 2020. We will let you know once it gets rolled out.
