BorderColor

In WPF it is possible to change the BorderColor but not for Xamarin???

When i use Darkmode in iOS13 i change the ToolBarColor into a dark one. The Text gets white. When i want to add a Text to an image the controll to enter the text is lightning white and also the text in it. And there is also no way to change anything.

Hi Eins,

Greetings from Syncfusion.

Query 1: In WPF it is possible to change the BorderColor but not for Xamarin???

Can you please confirm whether you are expecting to change the border color of the toolbar in Xamarin.iOS. If this is not your requirement, could you please provide more information like short video or pictorial representation about your requirement?

Query 2: When i use Darkmode in iOS13 i change the ToolBarColor into a dark one. The Text gets white. When i want to add a Text to an image the controll to enter the text is lightning white and also the text in it. And there is also no way to change anything.

Since we are unaware of your exact requirement, can you please confirm whether you are expecting to change the color of the text added on image. could you please provide more information like short video or pictorial representation about your requirement?

This would be helpful for us to give better solution in this.

Yes, i want to change the BorderColor of the toolbar.
Default is white, but i want it to be black.
editor.ToolbarSettings.BorderColor = UIColor.Black;
When i add text to an image with the editorfunction "addText", the text is white while i am typing. It seems that the textcolor is the same as
"editor.ToolBarSettings.TextColor". But i want it to be a different color.

In the zip-file are two screenshots how it looks today.

Hi Eins,

Query 1: Yes, i want to change the BorderColor of the toolbar. Default is white, but i want it to be black.

Currently we don’t have toolbar border customization support. So, we have considered this as feature request and please find the feedback task below here.

We will include this feature in our upcoming Volume 3 release which is expected to be rolled out on end of September 2020.

Query 2: When i add text to an image with the editorfunction "addText", the text is white while i am typing. It seems that the textcolor is the same as "editor.ToolBarSettings.TextColor". But i want it to be a different color.

We would like to inform you that we have used ToolbarSettings TextColor property to popup text. So, the popup text takes the TextColor value. We have considered this as internal bug and the fix will be include in our upcoming weekly NuGet which is expected to be rolled out on September 1, 2020.
