Unexpected scroll while changing ColorPicker mode

Unexpected scroll while changing ColorPicker mode when scrollbar not on the top or bottom position (page is scrolled to some position).
Can i fix it somehow?

We checked your reported query, we cannot reproduce the reported issue in our end.

Hi. I am still experiencing this issue


Steps for reproduce:
2) change mode of colorpicker
3) again change mode 
do the 2 and 3 steps without closing colorpicker's pupup

i have attached short demo video

We have validated your reported issue. From that, we would like to let you know that the color picker is working fine in the latest version (19.1.63). Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the reported scenario.
