Tooltip stays open until hovered over a second time

As the title describes, the tooltip doesn't close if you open a second one quickly.

I have tried setting the close delay to 0, with no luck.

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 
 
We have already confirmed your reported problem as defect  in our ToolTip component. Fix for this issue will be included in upcoming volume 3 release, 2020 which is expected to be rolled out by late in September 2020.

The issue with “The tooltip is not hidden when hovering the mouse quickly over the target” is fixed and included in this release. Please find the release notes below for Tooltip component.
