Orange Mockview in designer preview

Hello,

Probably a Microsoft problem but i trying here, not finding solution after search.

I have trying in 3 computer and same in all when i try designer preview in a xaml file i have only a Orange Mockview. Some people say it do not support support 3rd party libraries but it's same if i only create a new project without nothing.
