Cannot move to Treeview node to last if there is a scroll in div

Hi,

I a div with style overflow="scroll" and contains TreeviewComponent in it. When I expend all Treeview node and try to drag a node to the bottom, It is now allowing me to scroll div to the bottom. And also I want to make RedLine on the drop thicker(attaching screenshot). 

I am attaching a sample code(App.js). Please have a look
