EJ2 Grid - Spinner hidden behind add/edit dialog

So just a basic grid with the default add/edit dialog popup.  Our connection is a bit slow, so when you click save, the dialog stays and the spinner is showing behind it.  We have tried changing:

.e-spinner-inner {z-index: 9999999999 !important;}

But it has no effect.  Even working within inspector, we cannot get it to move in front of the dialog.  Is there a way to make this happen?

Yes. We have analyzed your reported issue. But we suspect that you are rendering the grid inside Dialog or some other elements. In the normal cases the Spinner will be show before the Dialog only. Could you please share the below details, which will be helpful for us to validate further about issue and provide a way to resolve this as soon as possible.

2. Screenshot or video demo of the issue
3. If any custom CSS applied for grid or spinner, please share to us to check
