I want to add chat functionality on my best tennis guru webite can anybody tell me how to do this and which plugin or software work best for my site and also tell me how to add optin  form as well.

We don't have Chat functionality as a component. 

We would suggest few options to implement Chat functionality. 

1. There are  chat components online like below. You can integrate them in your application easily. You will get more open source if you google it.

2. If you want to build yourself from scratch, you have to study and build the below things. 

    - Design chat control. - You may try our LiveView control to design Chat. https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/#/material/listview/call-history.html  

    - Implement necessary back end API 

    - Implement SignalR for live Chat. You may refer Azure SignalR https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/services/signalr-service/
