Datetime axis error

Hi, If I try to plot a line chart with a datetime axis on a webapp running on a docker container, targeting linux, it throws an error. If I disable the container and run the webapp on kestrel running on windows 10 its works properly, other controls are also having trouble with docker targeting linux because the datetime format of linux is different than windows.
Any ideas of a solution?

You dont have to install linux on you machine, its just a target condiguration on vs studio when you are setting up content-orchestration.
