Attach BPMN events to a Task Activity

Hi there
Is it possible to attach an event to a task activity node?
I want to show an event, on the border of a Task Activity (for example: timer event)
This can be done with a SubProcess activity, but that way, can't show the task icon on node.

Hi Vahid,

By default, in the diagram, we can able to add individual BPMN event shape and individual BPMN task shape. As per BPMN standards, we cannot able to place the BPMN timer event inside the BPMN activity shape. If you want to add an timer event means then you can create a custom shape and add timer event in that. It is not possible to add the BPMN timer event in the BPMN task shape.

Hi Aravind, thank you for your reply
After reading more about BPMN standard, I can say that what I exactly look for, is to enable boundary events for a task. In a way, that we can also distinguish the outgoing connector attached to the particular event.
It looks like that there is no boundary event support for the tasks right now, or at least I couldn't figure out how to do that.

Hi Vahid,

By default, in the BPMN activity shape, we can able to add the task or subprocess inside the BPMN activity shape. We do not have support to add the event inside the BPMN activity shape.
