Popup when generated pdf is viewed in SfPdfViewer

Hi,

I have created a fillable pdf form on Acrobat Pro which I fill in field by field in my app. Finally, I save the loadedDocument to a MemoryStream and then save it to local iOS device. Then I load it into an SfPdfViewer. When pdf shows up on the viewer it gives following popup message: "The PDF contains XFA forms which cannot be viewed in Pdf Viewer".

I do not have any XFA forms in my pdf and need help to get rid of this message (screenshot attached).

We have tried to reproduce the issue, “XFA popup is appeared while saving and reloading the form field documents” in our end, but its working as expected in our end. We have already resolved similar issue in the other PDF document, so kindly upgrade the SfPdfViewer control to the version 18.2.0.47 and let us know whether the issue is resolved or not.  

 

Please try the above solution and if the issue persists in the mentioned version, we suspect that it will be due to the specific PDF document. Kindly share the following details to analyze more on this issue and assist you with the better solution  

 

1.      PDF document having the issue. 

2.      Simple sample to reproduce the issue.  

3. SfPdfViewer version.

4.      Detailed Replication procedure to reproduce the issue.

Upgrading the nuget package fixed the problem, thank you!
