SfPopup Transparent Backup / Rounded Cut Out

Thanks for using Syncfusion controls. 

We have checked your by default you cannot achieve your requirement. But you can load any view inside the HeaderTemplate. So you can load the custom view inside the HeaderTemplate. We have prepared the sample to load the image in the HeaderTemplate. And attached for your reference. You can download the same from the below link.
