There is no scrolling on all day appointments when in its expanded state. This means that if you pass the limit of view space on the screen, the expanded version of the all day area falls off the bottom of the screen. Then you cannot reach the bottom to collapse it, rendering the control broken. Only refreshing can solve this.
You can easily recreate this by going to your own demo of the schedule control and adding many all day appointments. Make sure that you add enough to fall off the bottom fo the screen. Then collapse and expand the all day area.
