Hi Andreas,
Greetings from Syncfusion.
We have checked the focus changed event with the latest nuget version and it works fine at our end. We would like to inform you that FocusChanged event triggers only when IsEditable mode is set to true otherwise it will not work. Could you please share more details about the issue which will be helpful for us to provide better solution at the earliest.

I can prepare the test project. Meantime I see the dropdown is not opening after the first tap sometimes, probably depended on the tapped area or current focus, becomes better with the ShowBorder="False"
IsEditable is default for me.
Thanks.

Please use this https://github.com/RealDigitApps/SfComboBoxTest
But the issue mostly related to the down arrow indication button, when u press lower and upper exact button position it does not react, making sense, but sometimes when I press many times outside the combobox its not able to react on the first tap right after.
Also it arrow button looks not so expected when has a pressed state with the current colors.
Thanks
