Is there an event to catch when the user finish dragging the map?

I need to know when the user finish dragging a map. Is there an event for that?

Greetings from Syncfusion. 
 
Currently we don’t have support for notifying event when the user finishes the dragging on a map. We would like to let you know that GeoCoordinateChanged event will be triggered whenever the center position has been changed on map when performing zoom and pan action.
