Change the Color of the toggle button when Visual Style is selected

I have a toggle button with the Visual Style set to Office2106Colorful so I can get the oval border. However I would like to change the color of the background and border but I can not get any of the color settings to work. I attached a sample app that shows the issue.

Hi George,

Thanks for contacting syncfusion support.

We have already fixed the reported issue "Style not applied which is done by designer property window" and it will be included in our upcoming Vol2 release which will be roll out on end of June, 2020.

Note: The ThemeStyle (for example: Me.ToggleButton1.ThemeStyle.InActiveForeColor) property is only applicable for latest theme such as Office2019 and HighContrast theme. Therefore, if set the style using ThemeStyle property it will only applied when ToggleButton has latest theme.
