How to customize drag and drop in the list view for union elements.

Hi All,

It has a possibility to change action when dragging an item. By default, while dragging an item the other items were reordering.  Could I change the action reorder item while dragging to some other action for example just change background item while dragging? And also on the drop action, the item will be united.
